Two of Zubeen Garg’s personal security officers (PSOs) have been suspended following allegations of serious financial irregularities. The move comes as the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) intensifies its probe into the singer’s financial affairs.

The accused have been identified as Paresh Baishya and Nandeswar Bora. According to sources, the CID’s Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been questioning the two officers for the past three days. Preliminary investigations have revealed suspicious digital transactions linked to their bank accounts, raising concerns about misuse of funds belonging to Zubeen Garg.

Reports suggest that approximately Rs 70 lakh passed through Nandeswar Bora’s account, while around Rs 40 lakh was traced to Paresh Baishya’s account. Officials are closely examining the digital trail to determine whether the money was diverted for personal benefit or misused in some other way. Investigators say that these findings are at an early stage, and further details may emerge as the probe continues.
