Dulu Ahmed questions official narrative, demands truth behind Zubeen Garg’s death Dulu Ahmed questions official narrative, demands truth behind Zubeen Garg’s death

TMC leader Dulu Ahmed today raised concerns regarding the death of popular singer Zubeen Garg and the ongoing investigation surrounding the case. Speaking at a public interaction, Ahmed said that he is not satisfied with the way the government has handled the matter so far. He stated that he has been following developments closely, especially the reports coming from Singapore, where Zubeen had travelled before his death.

Ahmed claimed that several reports from Singapore police and authorities suggest that the death may not be a case of natural causes. He said that he first began to doubt the official version after a report was issued on 20 August in Singapore. He said he later met people in Singapore on 15 October and received another document from Singapore police on 17 October. According to him, the report raised serious questions about the circumstances of the death.

Ahmed alleged that Singapore police had indicated that there was “no sign of natural death,” and therefore, he questioned the silence from the Indian authorities. He said the matter must now be placed before the court, and the legal process must be allowed to take its course. He mentioned that hearings may take place in February, and he is prepared to pursue the matter legally if needed. He said the fight for justice will continue and cannot be weakened by government inaction.

Ahmed also questioned whether proper medical attention was given at the right time and whether negligence played a role. He said that if the government and investigative agencies ignore these findings, then he will continue to protest and seek justice through lawful means.

Ahmed said that thousands of people have come forward demanding the truth. He added that people from various districts, including thousands of students and residents, are expressing concern and want clarity. He warned that public disappointment could grow if questions remain unanswered.

Ahmed added that he is willing to support the legal fight and provide necessary documents and digital evidence to the authorities. He said he had collected documents, including digital files and addresses, and shared them online in an effort to maintain transparency.

The TMC leader said both the central and state governments to take the matter seriously and ensure that the truth is revealed. He said he expects the courts to examine the reports from Singapore thoroughly and deliver justice. He said that he would continue to stand with Zubeen Garg’s family and supporters until there is a clear explanation from the authorities.
